Getting Started

This theme requires at least WordPress version 6.0.0 or higher to work properly. It is strongly recommended that you always use the latest stable version of WordPress to ensure all known bugs and security issues are fixed.

Theme Installation

First, download the theme files from your ThemeForest account. Once you have installed WordPress and logged into the admin panel, you can install the theme. To install it correctly, follow the steps below:

Go to Appearance -> Themes -> Add New -> Upload Theme
Click on "Choose File" and select dhaara.zip
Click on "Install Now”
Now click on "Activate"

FTP Upload – If you would like to install the Dhaara theme via FTP, follow these steps:

Use an FTP client such as FileZilla and go to your WordPress installation directory
Navigate to /wp-content/themes/ folder, then upload and extract the theme folder
Now log in to your WP Admin Dashboard and go to Appearance -> Themes
From the theme list, click on Activate "Dhaara" and you’re done!

You should also see a notification at the top of the screen that required plugins need to be installed. Please install and activate all required plugins, since they are necessary for the theme to function properly.

Installing Required Plugins

To ensure the full functionality of the Dhaara theme, a core companion plugin called Dhaara Addon needs to be installed manually. Once installed and activated, it will guide you to install any additional recommended plugins.

Step 1: Install Dhaara Core Plugin

Download the Dhaara Addon plugin from this link(Click to download)
In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
Upload the dhaara-addon.zip file and click Install Now.
After installation, click Activate.

Step 2: Install Recommended Plugins

Once Dhaara Core is activated, it will recommend additional plugins necessary for full theme functionality:

Navigate to Appearance → Install Plugins.
Install and activate the recommended plugins listed there.

Importing Demo Contents

There are two methods for importing demo contents: Automatic and Manual. You can follow either one of these methods.

1. One-Click Method

This method will remove all your existing data, so use it only on a fresh website. This method is fast and easy, and it will create an exact clone of the demo website.

Make sure the One-Click Import plugin is installed and activated
Go to Appearance -> Import Demo Data
Choose the demo you want to install and click the "Import" button below
Then change the permalink: Go to Settings -> Permalink

2. Manual Import

Follow the instructions below:

Click "Switch to Manual Import" in the top-right corner
Select contents-demo.xml for content import
Select widget-settings.json for widget import
Select customizer-data.dat for customizer import
Finally, click the "Import Demo Data" button

Page Editing

To edit a page, go to Pages -> Edit with Elementor.

Click on each section in the Elementor editor to update the content and styles. In the content panel, you can update or add content. For font colors and other styles, click the Style panel.
